Face to face time

חברותא

Hevruta [khev-ROO-ta, from the Hebrew for ‘friend’]:  Someone who pushes you, challenges you, helps you grow into the person you were put into the world to be.

Many of us haven’t engaged in a serious conversation about God, the Bible, the meaning of our lives, since that General Humanities class our freshman year in university.  Mishkan is all about creating openings to bring up topics that matter, and to bring a Jewish angle into the conversation.  So get in touch with the Rabbi and sit down over coffee or lunch in your neighborhood.  We’ll talk text, and whether the text is the story of Adam and Eve or the story of your life is up to you.
