How can we build a community that invites, includes, and welcomes members of all racial and ethnic backgrounds? We invite you to participate in an interactive, half-day workshop led by Be’chol Lashon (Hebrew for “in every language”), which seeks to strengthen Jewish identity by raising awareness about the ethnic, racial and cultural diversity of Jewish identity and experience. Our time together will be spent:

• Learning about the diverse history of the Jewish diaspora
• Unpacking how identity shapes our own experiences and Jewish practices
• Creating concrete action items for our community to increase our awareness of and education about best practices of welcoming and inclusion
