Frequently Asked Questions*
Is there a deadline for registration? Not for services! That’s the beauty of going virtual!
How will I access the livestream?
Good question. By registering for High Holiday Services, you are registering for access to a website homepage that will stream our services (think Youtube but with Mishkan’s cute vibes around it). If you have registered, an hour before each service begins, you will receive a URL to the homepage hosting the livestream. You will be asked to submit your name and email before being able to access the page. Once you’ve done that, you’ll see a livestream, a chat box, and more tools for engagement throughout services.
What should I do if registration is outside of my budget?
We understand! That’s why we use an inclusive pricing model. When you head to registration, you’ll see an option to register at a reduced rate.
What if I only want to attend one livestream service?
When you register for services, you are opting to receive all livestream links, but feel free to only tune into the service you want to attend. There is no alternate pricing, but you can always use our reduced rate option if you need financial assistance.
What should I do if I don’t receive the link?
What equipment do I need for the livestream?
The stream will be embedded in our webpage so people should be able to access it via smartphone, tablet or computer. Once you receive your stream link, you will be able to log in from any of your devices throughout the day.
Will there be recordings of the services to view later?
Yes! Details to come!
What else should I know?
You will not be able to share your link as registration is either tied to an individual or a household (depending on how you register)!
