Jewish meditation is a millennia-old series of practices based on breath, body, movement, prayer and text to help us become more powerfully aware of ourselves and our relationship with G!d.

Meditation is associated with greater health, happiness, gratitude and satisfaction in life. We’re into that. Join us for Mishkan’s Meditation Circle, facilitated by seasoned meditation teachers from Mishkan Chicago.

The Mishkan Meditation Circle will gather on Wednesday evenings to sit in silent meditation together and to process what’s coming up in our practice — challenges, new insights & questions. The group is free, and drop-ins are welcome.

Every Wednesday
7 – 8 pm

The practice of mindfulness will be taught in an easy to access Jewish framework that aims to help you open:

Your eyes, to the revelation contained in your moment-to-moment experience.
Your mind, to greater calm, clarity, and insight.
Your heart, to greater compassion for self and other, so that a world of hesed/compassion can be built, each day, from the inside out.
