In session two of the series, panelists including Mishkan’s very own Ellie Spitz will be speaking on Finding a Spiritual Community and Practicing Self Care. (Feel free to come to one or all of the sessions.) Of course there will be heavy snacks and good company! This program is geared toward students and young adults.
