Using the 4 children of the passover seder as an entry point, we’ll explore what neurodiversity is and the spectrum of experience it can encompass. This workshop is an opportunity to hear from experts in Jewish inclusion spaces who will share tools for how we help our children self advocate and celebrate who they are. We will learn how to help create empathetic and inclusive communities and spaces. This is a workshop for parents of both neurodiverse and neurotypical children.This event is co-sponsored by Matan and will feature Rabbi Ruti Regan, a disabled disability rights advocate, in conversation with Matan’s Meredith Polsky, special educator and social worker.
