Join us for an evening of volunteering and learning with your kids, ages 6 – 8. Together we will learn about the Bring Chicago Home campaign with an age-appropriate introduction to housing issues in Chicago, and how people can struggle without homes. Led by Rabbi Deena, we’ll talk about why homelessness is a Jewish concern, and what we can do to help. We will also take on a volunteer project and make meals to be distributed later to people experiencing homelessness. Dinner will be served and costs $20/family (half off for Builders).
