Tonight’s service will feature a guest drash by Jeremy Ben-Ami, the president of J Street, the political home for pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy Americans. After services, you are invited to join us for snacks (catered by Schmaltz & Vinegar!) and a Q&A session with Jeremy to learn more about his work and how we can get involved. During the High Holidays this past year, Rabbi Lizzi shared the life-changing impact of her experience as a bone marrow donor through Gift of Life. Inspired by her story, we’re excited to bring this opportunity to the Mishkan community by hosting two donor drives during upcoming Shabbat services on 4/10/26 and 5/8/26. Volunteers will be on site with swabbing stations to help participants complete their swab kits and learn whether they are eligible to become a donor—and potentially save a life.
