Co-sponsored with Temple Sholom: “Join us for a Havdalah ritual (it’s kosher to do Havdalah up until Tuesday night!) to stand up against hate towards our transgender and non-binary siblings. Together we will: Create a unique and meaningful Havdalah ritual, incorporating poetry and storytelling; learn from representatives from Keshet about current anti-LGBTQ+ legislative attacks and strategies to combat them; Build relationships, make new connections, and hold space for each other to be seen. This special night is one that you won’t want to miss. Our hope is that by coming together as one community, we will build solidarity between those most affected by the numerous amount of anti-trans and anti-queer legislative attacks across the country, and all those who are allies of the LGBTQ+ community. This event is great for those ages 12 & up with parental supervision.”
