Are you in the early years of a committed relationship? Led by Rabbi Steven and Jordyn Scorpio from Shalva, this cohort-based experiential workshop will utilize Shalva’s Seven Circles curriculum to help you to strengthen your communication skills around expectations, healthy conflict, and meeting needs. This four-part, in-person class costs $36/relationship unit (half off for Builders) and is intended for all committed relationships, including interfaith, LGBTQ, and any other shapes and sizes. Jordyn Scorpio is the Director of Community Education for SHALVA. Jordyn’s passion for fostering safer Jewish communities has resulted in the creation of a new prevention education program for young couples. The program, called Seven Circles, successfully launched in January 2022. Jordyn guides SHALVA’s community education team to reach all pockets of the Jewish community with domestic abuse education in a culturally sensitive manner. In 2022, Jordyn was recognized by JUF as a 36 Under 36 honoree and the winner of the Samuel A. Goldsmith Young Professional Award.
