This spring, Rabbi Lizzi will show us how the mystical, esoteric Kabbalah can be applied practically. This class will introduce participants to the sefirot, the divine energies (not dissimilar to Ayurvedic chakras!). Over three weeks, we’ll build on our learning and explore how the sefirot’s combinations can be used as a tool for meditation and reflection.
