This spring, join Rabbi Lizzi to dive into the world of Kabbalah from a practical lens. This class will introduce participants to the sefirot (the divine energies– not dissimilar to Ayurvedic chakras). Over three weeks, we’ll build on our learning and explore the sefirot’s combinations as a tool for meditation and reflection.
