On the Saturday night before High Holidays it’s an ancient (or at least pretty old) custom to enter the week of High Holidays with the music of the season. We’ll do havdallah (send out Shabbat with light, spices and wine), and sit in circles and sing the night away, learning new tunes and singing the classics. First timers especially invited! We’ll be at The Selfhelp Home – 908 W. Argyle.
