Kohenet Elana Brody, Kohenet Aliza Rivka, and R’Miriam Rubin of Embodied Shmita Journey presents a somatic and spiritual experience through movement, musical prayer, and earth-based ritual. Soften into a Shmita way of being and make room to receive all the blessings of rain like the earth. This event is hosted by Jewish Emergent Network, Embodied Shmita, and Romemu–inpartnership with Hazon, Reboot, and Shmita Yisraelit—as part of a year-long initiative honoring Shmita conceived by Jewish Emergent Network. Through this initiative, in fall 2021, we are focusing on the body as we recommit to what nurtures us as individuals, families, and teams, with Shmita as our guidepost.
