Public Transportation
The Copernicus Center is easily accessible by public transportation. The Blue Line, METRA (Union Pacific/Northwest Line), CTA Bus routes, and PACE all stop at the Jefferson Park Transit Center. The Lawrence Avenue bus #81 stops in front of the building.
Valet Parking
A limited number of valet spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis at $40 per day. To guarantee your spot, please reserve it during registration. Valet service will be available at the following times:
- Thursday, October 3rd: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Rosh Hashanah)
- Saturday, October 12th: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Yom Kippur Day). For those staying through Ne’ilah, you may move your car into the lot or use street parking after these times. Note that valet service will not be available for Kol Nidre on October 11th.
Car drop-off is at the Copernicus Center and the valet lot is located off-site at 4830 N Lipps Ave.
Additional Parking
- An hourly, open-air lot is located at 4963 N Milwaukee by the Jefferson Park Blue Line and Metra Stations.
- A parking garage is located in Veteran’s Square (N Lipps Ave, Chicago, IL 60630). Please note this garage closes by 7:30pm each evening.
- Street parking is available, both free and metered, in the area. Please note that street parking is more limited during the day, and we encourage you to valet park or take public transit.
