בָּרֵךְ אֶת מְדִינַת יִשְׂרָאֵל
וְאֶת כל תּוֹשָׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ
הָגֵן עָלֶיהָ בְּאֶבְרַת חַסְדֶּךָ
