With much appreciation, I wanted to let you know that I’ll be leaving Mishkan at the end of May 2023. I feel so blessed to have built relationships with so many of you over the last three years. I have loved guiding our BMitzvah students on their journeys to becoming Jewish adults, schmoozing with you during services, and joining you for moments of transition in your life. Thank you for bringing your whole selves to learning and diving into community-building – whether in parent groups, text classes, Morning Minyan, or in conversations with me about my sermons and podcasts.

While goodbyes are always hard, I’m looking forward to celebrating with you on Friday, May 26th for a special Shabbat send-off at North Center Town Square. If you can’t make it or want to drop me a personal note, my colleagues have put together a Kudoboard and I’d love to hear from you.

I know Mishkan will be in great hands. Look out soon for an announcement about Mishkan’s newest hires to support our BMitzvah families and growing family programs.

Thank you for welcoming me and sharing your lives with me.

Lots of love,

Rabbi Deena
