Jess Levine is a therapist & facilitator who works with clients from early childhood into adulthood, and is dedicated to creating radically accessible and welcoming spaces. She makes use of a gentle, grounding approach in her work to create a structured environment where her clients can explore difficult feelings and experiences without being overwhelmed by them. Jess makes use of trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-guided approaches including a mix of psychodynamic, attachment, and mind-body connection modalities. She believes that all people deserve to feel belonging and safety within their bodies, their relationships, and their communities. Jess is especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ folks and people who identify as neurodivergent.
