Come and create affirmation cards for those struggling with depression or low self-esteem with No Shame on U, an organization dedicated to eliminating the stigma of those suffering with mental illness in the Jewish community and beyond. These cards will be distributed at Jewish Child & Family Services and EZRA Multi-Service Center.
