For self-identified foodies, learn about Jewish food from across the globe while researching food recipes! Open to 5 foodies and their plus ones, each foodie will select a course to make as part of a five course meal (Appetizer, Soup, Salad/Side, Main, and Dessert), to be shared by all. Cooks will discuss what they learned about their dish in their research. Dinners will be held on 3/30, 4/20, 5/25, and we ask that foodies commit to all three months. Each dinner will cover a specific regional cuisine: Mizrahi (Middle Eastern), Sephardic (Spain), and Ashkanazi (Eastern Europe). As dinners will be held on Saturdays, Havdalah will be observed. More details, such as course selection and address of event, available upon registration.
