Erev Rosh Hashanah: Monday, September 22nd
  • 6:45 – 8:15 pm: All virtual Erev Rosh Hashanah live-stream (link will be provided in advance of the High Holidays to Builders and all those registered for Rosh Hashanah day)
Rosh Hashanah: Tuesday, September 23rd
  • 10:00 am: Registration for the main service opens
  • 10:30 am – 3:00 pm: Rosh Hashanah Service + Torah Service + Musaf (in-person and livestreamed)
  • 3:00 – 3:45 pm: Rosh Hashanah Lunch
Rosh Hashanah Family and Teen Offerings: Tuesday, September 23rd

For Families:

  • 8:45 am: Family Service Registration Opens
  • 9:00 – 10 am: Family Service* (grades K-5th)
  • 10:00 – 11:30 am: Museum of Awe Drop-In
  • 10:30 – 11:15 am: Rise and Shine Pop-Up (ages 0 – 5)

For Teens:

  • 9:30 – 11:30 am: Museum of Awe Facilitators
  • 11:30 am – 2:00 pm: Tween & Teen Nosh & Drash for Builders (meet up at the Museum of Awe)

Second Day Rosh Hashanah: Wednesday, September 24th (Welles Park)

Join us for a low-key, down-to-earth celebration as we bring in a sweet new year at Welles Park. The morning will include singing featuring the Davening Team followed by Torah learning and break-out discussions including family programming for all ages. We’ll blast the shofar with selections from Musaf. After, we invite you to bring your own picnic lunch and stay to hang and play games in the park. Coffee and donuts will begin at 9:30 am followed by the service at 10:00 am.

Family Offerings:

  • 10:00 am – 10:45am: Sensory Friendly Holiday Celebration

Families are invited to join the Mishkan community for a community picnic after the program ends!

Taslich: Sunday, September 28 (Horner Park)
  • 10:30 am -12:00 pm

Cast off your sins for a fresh new start in 5786! We will sound the shofar (feel free to bring your own and join in) and do tashlich, the ritual of casting off sins to begin a new year. All ages welcome! Meet us in Horner Park by the bridge on Montrose (near the tennis courts).

  • 4:00 – 6:00 pm: Afternoon Classes (in-person and virtual)
  • 6:00 – 7:30 pm: Neilah (in-person and livestreamed)
  • 7:30 – 9:00 pm: Break Fast (catered vegetarian dinner)
